Role description
Paralowie R-12 School is seeking two passionate and skilled Mathematics Teachers to join our secondary team. We foster a culture of high expectations, evidence-informed practice, and continuous improvement, where every student is supported to achieve success.
These positions offer the opportunity to teach across Years 7-12, including SACE General Mathematics and, for suitably qualified/experienced applicants, Stage 2 Mathematical Methods. We welcome teachers with strengths and experience across both middle and senior years who are committed to delivering challenging and cotemporary mathematics programs.
As a member of our collaborative Mathematics faculty, you will work alongside colleagues who use evidence-informed pedagogies, embed responsive and explicit instructional practices, and develop students' problem solving skills. Together, we are committed to creating learning experiences that build the South Australian Curriculum capabilities and dispositions, empowering students to think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and develop the agency to apply mathematics in meaningful contexts.
