Role description
LPPS is a diverse multicultural community with over 80% EALD enrolment. As an International Baccalaureate school we implement a Primary Years Program that is grounded in a transdisciplinary program of inquiry, developing student's Learner Profile Attributes (dispositions of learning) and ATLs (Approaches to Learning).
Teachers work collaboratively in teams to design Units of learning that are consistently implemented across year levels. The curriculum in Concept driven, with focus on opportunities for student agency and voice.
