Role description
Instrumental Music Teacher: Strings - Marryatville High School (Music Focus School), teaching across this and other networks.
Join a dynamic learning community delivering high-quality string programs across primary and secondary schools.
The role involves:
- Small group and individual (Year 12) instrumental teaching, and ensemble conducting
- Collaborating with staff across multiple schools
- Developing programs aligned with the SA Curriculum and SACE frameworks
- Teaching all string instruments in groups in primary and secondary years (double bass by negotiation)
- Conducting string ensembles
- Using IT as appropriate
- Possible distance teaching by negotiation
