Role description
Clare High School is a Year 7-12 school in the Clare Valley. It is a regional school that has over 400 students from the Clare township and surrounding towns.
We are in need of a Dance and AIF Teacher to develop a new dance program within a rural setting and to teach AIF to a range of senior school students.
The Dance position is for a SACE dance teacher who would have the capacity to grow the new school initiative across the site and the wider region through local delivery. They would also need to have a second subject area, preferably AIF.
The application for the position would need to respond to the following questions:
1. Provide an example of when you have actively created working relationships that have resulted in you connecting with your colleagues, sharing practices, and learning from one another to support your learners to thrive.
2. Explain a time where you have empowered your learners, giving them agency to shape a learning experience. What was the outcome?
3. Describe a time where evaluation of your teaching has led to a change in your teaching practice?
