About Service Allocation Prioritisation and Coordination

Role description


Service Allocation Prioritisation and Coordination are seeking to establish a pool of Social Workers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of August 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Statewide Services provides the services and supports required by schools to enable student achievement, with a focus on those students and schools that need it most. It encompasses both school and system-facing service delivery. While it primarily exists to support schools, it also has an important system-facing role supporting strategy and policy development.

The Service Planning and Coordination (SPC) Directorate provides the systems and processes that enable an integrated model of support to schools, which enables them to access the services and advice they need to address their student achievement challenges. Family and Interagency Response in Education (FAIRE) is a multidisciplinary team within the SPC Directorate, that provides short-term intensive support to students presenting with the most complex needs and their families, as well as planning support to schools and regions, where required. 

The Role

In this role, you will be part of FAIRE’s multi-disciplinary team providing support for the students in most need in public schools.
