Role description

Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal educational tradition in northern Adelaide. This is a great opportunity for motivated, professional and flexible people to fill the role of Education Support Officer, providing classroom support across all year levels in any of the six schools within Trinity College. These roles may be fixed term, full-time, part-time or casual with potential opportunities in 2026 and 2027.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Make a meaningful contribution to students’ lives by providing targeted learning and wellbeing support that helps them to engage, progress and thrive.
  • Partner with teachers to implement effective learning strategies and adjustments that meet the academic, social, emotional and physical needs of students.
  • Encourage confidence, resilience and independence by modelling positive behaviours and supporting students to develop essential life and learning skills.
  • Contribute to high-quality learning programs through the preparation of resources, classroom support activities and effective monitoring of student progress.
