Leader of Student Wellbeing Middle Years (7-9) (POL 4):

Working collaboratively within the Student Wellbeing Team, this leader partners with staff, families, and students to foster the cognitive, emotional, and social skills necessary for students to thrive in a complex world. With care at the heart of our mission, we seek an educator prepared to lead with strength and kindliness, towards developing a program of pastoral care for all students. The successful candidate with be a proven wellbeing leader able to partner with students, staff, families and outside agencies to develop and deliver supportive pastoral care programs across the middle school, holding the values and mission of the College at the core of everything they do.
