Year Coordinator (Commencing Term 1, 2027)

At St Patrick’s College, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student is known, valued and challenged to achieve their personal best. We are seeking an outstanding educator and leader to join our wellbeing team as a Year Coordinator.

This important leadership position is responsible for leading a specific year group, providing oversight of student wellbeing, academic progress and behaviour, while fostering a positive and connected cohort culture. Working closely with the Director of the Middle School or Director of the Senior School, the successful applicant will play a key role in supporting students, partnering with families and leading staff to ensure every young man is supported to thrive.

The successful applicant will be a highly relational educator who is passionate about student wellbeing, academic growth and the holistic development of young people. They will be a visible and approachable presence within the College community, committed to fostering a culture of belonging, responsibility and excellence.

This position is a 3-year (2-point) Promotional Appointment (2027 – 2029) + full time permanent teaching position and attracts up to 0.3 FTE time release.
