As the Senior HR Officer, Attraction and Engagement, you'll be at the centre of dynamic recruitment and engagement initiatives, supporting the coordination of high-profile careers events, university engagements, recruitment campaigns, networking opportunities, and workforce attraction activities across the ACT and beyond. You'll have the chance to represent the Directorate at career expos, build relationships with universities and professional associations, and create engaging experiences that inspire talented people to choose a career in ACT public education.
