Role description
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy reception or administrative environment, with the ability to communicate professionally, confidently and respectfully with students, parents, staff, visitors and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and professional learning, with the ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive and professional school environment.
Demonstrated experience producing professional publications, newsletters or digital communications, with proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva or similar. A portfolio of work may be requested during the selection process.
Demonstrated organisational, administrative and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and administrative systems. Experience using CASES21, Compass or similar education management systems would be highly regarded.
