Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1: Demonstrated experience in human resources administration.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and administer human resource processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, position management, payroll-related administration, staff records and compliance with Department of Education policies and procedures.
SC2: Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills.
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records and exercise attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
SC3: Demonstrated knowledge of confidentiality, compliance and HR systems.
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of confidentiality, privacy and professional integrity when managing employee information. Experience using HR and payroll systems, such as EduPay, Recruitment Online, CASES21 or similar systems, is highly desirable.
SC4: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and use initiative.
Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, exercise sound judgement, identify solutions to administrative issues and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and school operations.
