Selection Criteria

SC1 Demonstrated to implement and perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the OSHC Coordinator role.

SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment.

SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with students and families to support children¿s academic, emotional and behavioural needs

SC4 Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the OSHC position

SC5 Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff in respect to the work area.

Role

As the OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care to primary school aged children at this service. This position reports to the school principal and business manager.

The role comprises three hours per day, from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, excluding school holidays, public holidays and curriculum days, together with an additional one hour of flexible planning and administrative time each week.
