(c) Planning, Policy and Program Development and Review

(i) Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate programs, policies and practices that improve student outcomes.

(ii) Demonstrated capacity to use data, evidence and technology to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

(d) Leadership of Staff and Students

(i) Demonstrated capacity to build staff capability and foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture.

(ii) Demonstrated ability to support the diverse learning, wellbeing and engagement needs of all students.

(e) Interpersonal and Communication Skills

(i) Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills with students, staff, families and external agencies.

(ii) Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and sound judgement.
