Role description
2027 Head of Curriculum and Learning (Secondary)
Donvale Christian College is a leading Christian Independent P-12 school with a flourishing learning community that cultivates a culture of purposeful and transformational learning. We believe that each learner has unique God-given capabilities, intelligences and strengths and we seek to design educational experiences that value their diversity, foster their curiosity and empower them to take agency over their own learning.
We are seeking an exceptional educational leader in 2027 to join the Secondary Leadership Team as Head of Curriculum and Learning (Secondary). This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving curriculum innovation, instructional excellence, assessment and reporting practices, and professional learning across Years 7–12. As the College embarks on its new Strategic Plan, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and advancing its vision for teaching and learning, fostering innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement across the Secondary School. Working collaboratively with learning leaders and teaching staff, the successful candidate will champion high-quality teaching and learning and ensure students are equipped to flourish academically, spiritually and personally in a Christ-centred learning environment.
