Trinity Lutheran College is a Prep to Year 12 Christian co-educational College on the Gold Coast, where exceptional teaching, authentic relationships and a commitment to helping every student flourish are at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to join our Middle Years (Years 6-9) team in this in this newly created permanent position that reflects the College's continued commitment to strengthening inclusive education across the Middle Years.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys working collaboratively with students, teachers and families to remove barriers to learning, strengthen teacher capability and improve outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. While an immediate commencement is preferred, we are equally open to appointing the right candidate for the start of the 2027 academic year.
Who we’re looking for
You are an experienced educator who understands the unique developmental needs of young people in the Middle Years (Years 6 to 9) and believes every learner can succeed when provided with the right support. You will demonstrate the ability to:
