About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator to join us at Gleeson College!

The Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in sharing the story of Gleeson College and strengthening the connection between our students, staff, families and broader community. Working closely with the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, College leadership and key stakeholders, this role supports the planning and delivery of engaging communications, graphic design, social media, digital marketing and promotional activities. A particularly strategic focus of the role is to help grow and enrich the College community through meaningful activities, events and initiatives that foster connection, pride and engagement.

This role is classified as Grade 5 (Other Professionals) of the Catholic Enterprise Agreement (2020) with a salary of $80,326.58 - $89,760.00 per annum (0.91FTE, 2024-2025 rates).

The Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator will work for 37.5 hours per week during school term time, and one week in each school holiday break. The hours per week and weeks per year are open to negotiation for the right candidate.

  • Capture and showcase the stories of Gleeson College, its students and staff – across classrooms, excursions and major events.
