About the Opportunity
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Service Manager to join our People & Technology Directorate on a permanent, full-time basis.
As the IT Service Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality IT services that support teaching, learning and business operations across CSPD. Leading a dedicated team responsible for service desk and field support, you will ensure reliable, customer-focused IT services while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and service innovation.
Working closely with schools, business stakeholders and external service providers, you will play a key role in enhancing service performance, strengthening governance and ensuring technology services continue to meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
