This is an opportunity for a passionate Visual Arts teacher to join a supportive and collegial school community. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing inquiry-based learning and be an engaging and effective classroom practitioner whose knowledge, skills and passion for Visual Arts will inspire students to engage deeply in this important subject.

Terms and conditions of employment 
This position is a permanent, full-time position covered by the NSW Independent Schools (Teaching Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.

Appointment 
Commencing Term 4, 2026 or Term 1 2027

Qualifications

  • Qualified to teach Stage 4-6 Visual Arts
  • Relevant education qualifications including a current NESA accreditation.
  • Experience teaching Visual Arts in Stages 4-6.
  • Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding
  • A variety of effective teaching strategies that engage students of varying abilities.
