This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026
Meadow Springs Education Support Centre (ESC) are an Indpendent Public School catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school has a high percentage of students with Autism and Complex Communication Needs. We have an ethos of working together, caring for others, developing positive relationships, taking pride in our achievements and maximising the educational opportunities for all children as we work to “discover our potential together”.

The Role
Meadow Springs ESC is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Deputy Principal to work closely with the Principal, Deputy Principals, staff, students and the school. You should have the skills to work collaboratively with others developing strong relationships at all levels. As a Deputy Principal, you should have effective interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with an ability to develop constructive, respectful, and positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. Being on a shared site you should build and maintain positive relationships with the mainstream admin team and promote our Meadow Springs Schools “Two Schools One Community” ethos.
