Note: Obtaining casual approval makes you eligible to work as a Casual Teacher across Catholic schools within the Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW), though it does not guarantee continuous employment.

Essential Application Requirements

To complete your application form successfully, please ensure you have the following ready:

• NESA Accreditation: A valid accreditation from the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). (If you haven't registered yet, please apply directly through the NESA website).
• Teaching Qualification: A NESA-recognised teaching degree / qualification.
• Child Safety Clearance: A current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID documents.
• Professional References: Satisfactory referee checks from recent educational/professional supervisors.
• Employment Declaration: Satisfactory completion of the official CEDoW Employment Declaration form.
