An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate educator to join our Learning and Teaching Team as an Instructional Leader. This key leadership position plays a vital role in strengthening contemporary learning and teaching practice across the College through curriculum leadership, pedagogical coaching and professional formation.
Working closely with the Head of Learning and Teaching and colleagues across the College, the Instructional Leader will support the ongoing development of curriculum, build teacher capacity and foster a culture of collaboration, reflection and continuous improvement.
This is a POL4 position for 2027 with an ongoing teaching appointment.
As the Instructional Leader, you will:
- Lead and support the development of contemporary curriculum and pedagogical practices that enhance student learning and engagement.
