Role description
An Opportunity
Luther College seeks to appoint a talented Enhanced Learning Support Officer to provide support to the Enhanced Learning Centre staff to maximise learning outcomes for students who need adjustments to support learning difficulties. The Centre also works to support academically gifted children to extend and broaden the learning of those who can benefit from additional challenge.
In addition, the Enhanced Learning Support Officer will assist in the coordination of student assessment and screening processes, the management of student data and records, and the administration of funding and compliance requirements associated with learning support programs.
This is an ongoing, term-time role.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm.
About You
You are an aspiring Enhanced Learning Support Officer seeking the next step in your developing career. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.
You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role. A Certificate or Diploma in Education Support is highly regarded.
