The Chief VCE Exam Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that all VCE examinations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and College expectations.

 

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Chief VCE Exam Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of VCE external and internal examinations.

 

As the Chief VCE Exam Supervisor you will:

  • Oversee the administration and supervision of VCE examinations in accordance with VCAA regulations
  • Coordinate and lead a team of exam supervisors
  • Ensure examination materials are handled securely and confidentially
  • Prepare examination venues in line with required standards and protocols
  • Manage attendance rolls, incident reports, and required documentation
  • Liaise with College leadership and relevant staff regarding examination procedures
  • Maintain a calm, professional environment that supports students during exam periods
