Role description
We are seeking a reliable and organised People and Culture Officer to join our College. The People and Culture Officer will work in support of the Business Manager. This is a fulltime position, working 76 hours per fortnight. Commencing Term 3/2026.
The People and Culture/Compliance Officer is a member of a team of professionals under the leadership of the Principal who work consultatively and collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the College and its associated services.
The People and Culture/Compliance Officer provides operational and administrative support across all human resource functions within the College, including the school, Faith Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, and Faith Kindy Plus. The role ensures effective delivery of recruitment, staff administration, compliance, and employee support services aligned with legislative requirements and the College’s Christian ethos.
Qualifications
1. Experience in HR administration
2. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
6. High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
7. Show initiative
8. Works collaboratively as a team player and independently with minimal supervision
9. First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
1. Experience in education or early childhood settings
2. Knowledge of relevant awards
