Role description

Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Personal Assistant to Student Wellbeing Team to commence as soon as possible.

The position is permanent for 37.5 hours per week and 42 weeks per year.

About You

You are a highly organised and professional administrator who thrives in a busy school environment and is passionate about supporting student wellbeing outcomes. You bring exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.

  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative or personal assistant support in a complex environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with students, families, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
