Position Details
The Head of Learning Diversity is an exciting new role, created to support our ongoing growth as a recently amalgamated College. The Head of Learning Diversity is responsible for leading and overseeing the College’s inclusive education practices and the provision of support for students with diverse learning needs. This role champions equitable access to curriculum, learning opportunities, and wellbeing support, ensuring every student is able to achieve their personal best within a Catholic learning environment.
The Head of Learning Diversity plays a key leadership role in guiding and strengthening the College’s inclusive education practices. This position oversees the provision of support for students with diverse learning needs and promotes equitable access to curriculum, learning opportunities, and wellbeing support, ensuring every student is able to achieve their personal best within a Catholic learning environment. As a member of the School Improvement Team, the Head of Learning Diversity provides strategic direction in disability inclusion, learning intervention, differentiation, EALD support, the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and compliance with relevant legislation and CEWA requirements.
