Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances

Join our team as a Primary Teacher at Holy Spirit Catholic School, Cranbrook, Townsville!  

We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our team for a fixed-term contract through 4 December 2026, working full-time hours. To be considered, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and full (or eligible) registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.

In this unique role, you’ll join a supportive team of educators working closely with families to create the best possible learning experience for every child. Your knowledge of contemporary teaching practices, combined with your ability to adapt and nurture a diverse range of learners, will ensure that each student feels included, valued, and empowered.

Opportunity to specialise: While this is primarily a Primary Teaching role, there is an opportunity to transition into an EAL/D-focused position for a fixed period. A key focus will be supporting students for whom English is an additional language or dialect, helping them build confidence, language proficiency, and a strong sense of belonging.

In your classroom, you’ll spark curiosity and a love of learning by designing engaging, inclusive lessons, setting clear expectations, and continually reflecting on your practice.
