The role:

Applications are invited from highly qualified Secondary Teachers (from any subject / KLA currently offered by Kambala) for the following position. This is a permanent full time role commencing Term 1, 2027.

• Head of Year (Year Coordinator).
• Initial 3-year tenure, subject to review in final year.
• Level 2 Leadership Allowance.
• 12 period time allocation per cycle.

The ideal candidate:

• NESA-accredited to teach in NSW (any subject specialisation) with Proficient accreditation.
• Post-graduate qualications (e.g. in Wellbeing or Educational Leadership) highly regarded (but not essential).
• At least 5 years' full-time equivalent teaching experience.
• At least 1 year's experience in a Year Coordinator / Head of Year role or similar leadership capacity.
