John Paul College is seeking an exceptional Head of Faculty – Humanities to lead our vibrant Secondary Humanities program, spanning subjects such as History, Geography, Legal Studies and Economics. This is a genuine opportunity to influence curriculum, inspire a talented team of educators, and drive outstanding student outcomes across Years 7 to 12.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will combine your expertise in Humanities education with your passion for great teaching to build a faculty culture defined by innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities

As Head of Faculty – Humanities at John Paul College, you will be responsible for:

Leadership of Learning

·         Lead the Humanities faculty with vision and innovative pedagogical practice across a range of humanities subjects

·         Stay abreast of contemporary research and actively promote evidence-based best practice

·         Contribute to the implementation of the JPC Strategic Vision in alignment with the Dean of Studies
