Reporting to the Head of Teaching & Learning (Primary), the Pedagogical Coach (Primary) provides strategic and instructional leadership to strengthen teaching quality, professional practice and student outcomes across the Primary School. Through coaching, mentoring, professional learning and the promotion of evidence-informed practices, the role supports teacher capability, early career teacher development and the consistent implementation of high-impact pedagogy. Working collaboratively with leaders and staff, the Pedagogical Coach fosters a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and educational excellence, while modelling exemplary classroom practice through an ongoing teaching commitment.
