Role description

This newly established role will lead the strategic vision for Learning Diversity in Primary, championing inclusive education, building teacher capability and ensuring every student is supported to engage, grow and flourish.

Reporting to the Head of Primary, the Head of Learning Diversity (Primary) provides strategic leadership for inclusive and diverse learning across Primary. As a member of the Primary Leadership Team, the role oversees programs, practices and supports that promote equitable access, participation and achievement for all students, while fostering a culture of inclusion, excellence and belonging. Working collaboratively with leaders and staff, the position supports students with diverse learning needs, including students requiring adjustments, EALD students, First Nations students, gifted and talented learners, and those requiring targeted intervention.
