Head of Campus

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as the Head of Campus at Caloundra. Leading by example, you will manage an established campus with a focus on stability, excellence, and student re-engagement. This role reports directly to the State Principal and will commence in Term 1 2027, on Monday 18 January.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level educational and strategic leadership for the Caloundra campus.
• Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of teaching and support staff.
• Drive student re-engagement through inclusive, student-centred practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
• Ensure campus compliance with educational standards and college policies.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education as a minimum requirement, with postgraduate qualifications in leadership or management highly regarded. You will be highly relational, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing meaningful relationships with young people while upholding the key structures of the school.
