Role description
As a result of student number growth, an opportunity has become available for a Deputy Head of Campus to join our Nambour campus team on a permanent, full-time basis, with the successful candidate commencing on Monday 18 January 2027 (Term 1 2027).

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on curriculum management and supporting the Head of Campus to lead stability, excellence and student re-engagement.
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment with high expectations.
- Ensure campus compliance with educational standards and college policies.
- Drive student re-engagement through inclusive, student-centred practices.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education as a minimum requirement, though postgraduate qualifications in leadership or management are highly regarded. You will be highly relational, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing meaningful relationships with young people while upholding the key structures of the school.
