Role description
SOCIAL WORKER / COUNSELLOR
Position Details
* Be supportive of the Catholic and Norbertine ethos of the College.
* Hold a current Working with Children Check and be able to obtain a Department of Education and Training Police Clearance.
* The College Social Worker / Counsellor contributes to the implementation of the College Vision and Mission and the College policies and procedures related to counselling and wellbeing within the College. A member of the Pastoral Care Team they are responsible for providing the College community with high-quality generalist counselling and case management services.
Qualifications Required
Approved membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or Australian Counsellors Association with appropriate qualification such as a Bachelor of Social Work or Counselling.
