Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2C = $ $16,280) per annum (pro rata)
Mary Help of Christians Catholic College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pastoral Leader.
These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Curriculum Leader position concluding in 2030.
The Curriculum Leader supports the mission of Mary Help of Christians Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
The Pastoral Leader is responsible for a designated year level cohort within the broader structure of the college. The role holder supports the mission of the College through the leadership and implementation of pastoral care and wellbeing programs and processes for the designated year level. In addition to fulfilling their teaching role, the Pastoral Leader plays a crucial role in establishing routines, expectations, and wellbeing supports, as well as working with other middle leaders, teachers and families to ensure all students in the designated year level are supported to thrive at school.
