Skillset Senior College is an innovative independent senior school supporting students in Years 10–12 across Bathurst and Dubbo. We work alongside young people who may be experiencing barriers to education, helping them reconnect with learning, complete their secondary schooling and build positive pathways for the future.

Skillset Senior College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to become our next Head of College.

Reporting directly to the School Board, this executive leadership position provides a rare opportunity to lead a purpose-driven independent school while working closely with governance, leadership and community stakeholders to shape the future direction of the College.

This is a whole-of-College leadership role with responsibility for educational excellence, strategic growth, organisational performance, financial stewardship, community engagement and student success across our Bathurst and Dubbo campuses.
