Role

The Canteen Supervisor is responsible for the co-ordination, management and operations of the Campus Canteen and be able to deliver an effective and efficient food service to the College Community, including:

  • Daily responsibility for overall functioning of the Canteen
  • Food preparation, purchasing of requisites
  • Training and some supervision of student operators
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Must have completed the appropriate Safe Food Handling course requirements
