Role
The Canteen Supervisor is responsible for the co-ordination, management and operations of the Campus Canteen and be able to deliver an effective and efficient food service to the College Community, including:
- Daily responsibility for overall functioning of the Canteen
- Food preparation, purchasing of requisites
- Training and some supervision of student operators
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Must have completed the appropriate Safe Food Handling course requirements
