Role description
Unity College Early Learning Centre, a well-equipped modern, and conveniently located 55 place centre in Murray Bridge for 2-6 year old children, is looking for Diploma qualified and Certificate 3 qualified Educators who wish to work in a small team of highly skilled early years educators at a well-known Lutheran College in the Murraylands.

Successful applicants will genuinely enjoy and excel in engaging with children, nurturing their curiosity, and promoting independence.
These are casual positions.
We desire individuals who prioritise the well-being of children, offering exemplary care for their physical, emotional, and social needs. Furthermore, we seek candidates who are confident and adapt at collaborating within a compassionate, dynamic, and enjoyable team of early childhood educators.
Educators will be able to contribute to observations and record children's interests and milestones and guide their development through playful, age-appropriate, and secure learning experiences whilst working in partnership with lead educators within the service.
We offer ABOVE AWARD rates PLUS an additional 25% loading for casual hours
