The Retail Assistant works as part of a team, under the direction of the Retail Supervisor, to prepare, serve and sell food items in the retail environment at the College and occasionally at other venues relevant to College events.  The Retail Assistant will also be required to assist the Uniform Shop Assistant with stock and sales related tasks from time to time.
