Property and Leasing Administration Officer

This is a permanent full-time position commencing September 2026.

Education Business Services (EBS) provides professional business services and operational support to Western Australian public schools, statutory boards and Department divisions across finance, ICT and infrastructure. EBS is committed to delivering responsive, flexible, transparent, accountable and collaborative services that strengthen organisational capability and support the delivery of high-quality education outcomes

Within EBS, the Infrastructure Division is responsible for the planning, provision and management of educational facilities, including land planning, asset management, capital works and maintenance programs. The Infrastructure Operations Directorate supports schools through property management, lease and shared-use arrangements, security and emergency management, environmental services and management of the WA Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract.

The Role

The successful applicant will undertake daily administration of the Department’s lease and licence portfolio. They will manage the lease and licence database and ensure it is accurate and kept up to date. They will also review new leases and licences for lease terms and conditions and develop processes to ensure key obligations are met by the Department and lessees, whilst managing the financial aspects of the leases and licences, including rent and variable outgoing payments.
