Our Finance & Infrastructure directorate is seeking a Properties & Facilities Specialist, accountable for providing technical expertise across the CSPD property and facilities portfolio, supporting the assessment, compliance, and management of building assets and property interests across school and support team locations.

Key Responsibilities
The Properties & Facilities Specialist is accountable for:
Conducting and coordinating condition assessments across the CSPD property portfolio, identifying maintenance requirements, compliance obligations, and asset condition risks
Providing technical advice on facilities and property matters to internal stakeholders, including schools and support teams, to inform planning and operational decision-making
Supporting the management of property interests across the CSPD portfolio, including monitoring lease and tenure obligations, statutory requirements, and l…
