Role description
Director of Community Engagement | Permanent Full-time 1.00FTE
Arden is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Community Engagement with outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills to lead our Community Engagement team and contribute as a valued member of the School Executive. Working closely with the Principal and overseeing a dedicated team, the Director will play a key role in strengthening the School’s profile, reputation, and engagement with its community.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated Christian faith with active involvement in a local church.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring, supporting, and developing team members.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational or not-for-profit organisation is highly desirable.
