Role description
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency
Armadale Senior High School (SHS) is an Independent Public School dedicated to providing students from Year 7 to Year 12 with strong academic achievement and positive engagement. The Role
As a key member of our school administration team, School Management Assistants provide targeted clerical support in areas such as reception, student entry, corporate services support and curriculum support. School Management Assistants may also be required to work in the co-located full service school or Student Services.
All members of the school administration team work collaboratively to provide a strong, responsive administrative service. They should use their strong understanding of Department of Education programs and platforms to manage information databases and use their strong interpersonal and communication skills to address queries, problem solve and maintain a high-level of attention to detail.
