About the Role

We are seeking an Educational Leader to join our ELC Leadership Team. In this pivotal pedagogical role, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of high-quality educational practice across Wonderland (Long Day Care), Kindergarten and Our Place (OSHC).

Working under the direction of the Director of Early Learning, you will champion excellence in teaching and learning, guide curriculum decisions, support educators in reflective practice and ensure that children’s ideas, strengths and identities inform learning programs.

You will also serve as the Kindergarten Nominated Supervisor and play an active role in collaborative planning, quality assurance, community partnerships and strengthening our shared pedagogical identity
