Role description
The College is currently seeking a Head of English & Drama. This role will commence at the beginning of the 2027 school year. This is a permanent, full-time position. The Head of English & Drama is a member of the Senior School Academic Leadership team.

- Experienced English teachers who are either currently in leadership positions or aspiring to a leadership role.
- Christians who are actively involved in a church community.
English teachers who are interested in a classroom teaching position, but not a leadership role, are warmly encouraged to inquire about future employment opportunities.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and support faculty team members to practice RHAC’s pedagogical approach.
- Ensure team practice is in alignment with the vision and values of the College.
- Encourage professional and supportive relationships within the team.
- Develop faculty teaching and assessment programs to enhance student outcomes.
- Contribute to the Senior School Academic Leadership team.
- Model best practice in professional behaviour and conduct.
- Meet compliance requirements regarding documentation and professional standards.
