Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super +  Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2 = 16,280 & Tier 3 = $19,535) 

Mary Help of Christians Catholic College is seeking experienced, dedicated, and visionary Program Leaders to join the team commencing in 2027. 

These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Program Leader position concluding in 2030.

The Program Leader supports the mission of Mary Help of Christians Catholic College  through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. 

We are currently seeking applications for the following Curriculum Leader positions:

• Inclusive Practices - Tier 3
• Literacy and Numeracy Intervention - Tier 2
• Student Engagement - Tier 3
