Location: St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park
Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2.C = $16,280 & Tier 3 =$19,535)
St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park is seeking experienced, dedicated, and visionary Middle Leaders to join the team commencing in 2027.
These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Middle Leader position concluding end of 2029.
Middle Leaders play a key role in advancing the mission of St Margaret Mary's College by providing leadership that enhances student learning, strengthens teaching practice, and supports the strategic priorities of the College. They foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality programs are effectively planned, implemented, and evaluated across their area of responsibility.
Successful applicants will demonstrate leadership across three key dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership, and strategic leadership.

- Pastoral Middle Leader Years 7 - 12 (Tier 3)
- Inclusive Education Curriculum Middle Leader (Tier 3)
- Sports Program Middle Leader (Tier 2.C)
