Salary Range: $149,764 to $157,120 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

Working closely with the Principal and leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership in student wellbeing, pastoral care, and inclusion, fostering a positive and supportive College culture where every student is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive. Guided by the mission and values of Catholic education, you will build strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and the wider College community.

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education, you demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design and student wellbeing, you inspire excellence and model inclusive, values-driven leadership.
