Boarding Manager (Operations)

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organised professional to join us in the newly created position of Boarding Manager (Operations). This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day operations of McCabe House, our brand-new boarding facility, while contributing to a positive and supportive boarding experience for students and staff. 

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Boarding, with commencement as soon as practicable. The successful applicant will be required to reside onsite in dedicated staff accommodation adjoining McCabe House, comprising of a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment with a private balcony. 

The role is rostered Wednesday to Sunday to best support the needs of the boarding community. Flexibility in working arrangements will apply during non-term time to accommodate operational requirements and maintain the effective functioning of the boarding facility. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and support the weekend Boarding School Reception team, ensuring administrative processes, records and procedures are maintained consistently.
