We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Boarding Supervisor to join our boys boarding team. This full-time, term-time role involves working predominantly outside regular school hours and play a vital role in creating a friendly and nurturing environment, where students and staff can live harmoniously and feel supported. The role will be required to help students develop essential social and community skills, preparing them to become responsible and respectful members of society.

The position is required to work Sunday to Thursday from 2.30pm – 10.30pm during the school term.

About the Role

The Senior Boarding Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boarding house and the wellbeing of students in their care. Working collaboratively with Residential Boarding Assistants and the Head of Boarding, the successful candidate will:
